![]() ![]() HOW COULD U END THIS BOOK LIKE THIS AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR YEARS? NOOOOO WAAAAAAAAAAY. Share some theories about this book and what you think'll happen in Crescent City Book 3. ![]() In House of Sky and Breath we find out that the Asteri would bring people from other worlds to live on Midgard through these gates. She's like shocked when Bryce mentions it in the Old Language, and stuff. We also know that Crescent City has several gates throughout the city and in Eternal City where the Asteri live. I hope Aelin shows up in the next crescent city book. Maybe the next acotar book will be following bryce and the 3rd book following hunt and ruhn, then the last crescent city book following bryce when she rescues hunt&ruhn and stuff. What left me really mad was how Ruhn and Hunt is at the utter mercy of the Asteri, those MoNsTersss.Īnd what's going to happen with The Hind(Agent Daybright) and Baxian? I mean, the Asteri knows that they helped, maybe even killed Pollax or Mad- idk I don't remember his name spelling. I was like: I was right!! This entire time, I was right! Maas said that she left clues in HoBaR, I think I caught up in a lot of those clues. House of Sky and Breath - (Crescent City) by Sarah J Maas (Hardcover) 15. ![]() When she said a woman that looks like Fury. I was so gone when Maas mentioned winged males and hazel eyes. I was like screaming and punching and screaming again for an hour, no lie. I finished this book last night, and I was mentally destroyed. ![]()

Our Nig has since been republished in several other editions. and was subsequently reissued with an introduction by Gates (London: Allison & Busby, 1984). Harper was my favourite character from the first book, so I did miss her in this one. I liked getting to know some characters from the first book more, such as Jake, as well as meeting new characters like Tycho and Nolla Verin. I did like her, but didn’t connect with her as much as I did with Harper. Lia Mara is a new character, daughter of Karis Luran, the queen of Syhl Shallow. Grey is such a great character so I was excited to get to see his perspective, but I didn’t feel like he developed enough in this book considering a lot of the focus was on him. ![]() While the first book is told in the alternating perspectives of Harper and Rhen, the sequel focuses on the POVs of Grey and Lia Mara. I had high expectations for this book and while I enjoyed it, I didn’t love it quite as much as A Curse So Dark and Lonely. My only complaint with this book is that it ended too soon for me, and with it means the end of this immediate world. The introduction of Lancelot and The Theriots was also great, as I’ve also read two of the books from that series. I also loved how Emilio knew even having knowledge he shouldn’t have had about X that he could trust him and felt safe with him. It also really enjoyed ax’s bi-awakening, it came on early and fairly strong upon meeting Emilio, and I enjoyed his inner dialogue of coming to terms with it yet still trying to almost fight it due to wanting to keep Emilio safe. Xavier and Emilio were perfection together, their chemistry was scorching hot and they complimented eachother so well. Like the other books it was filled with a background story dealing with the sex trafficking ring and all the threads from the other stories came together here and we finally got to know much more about the man behind Vigilance, X and his trusted hacker Emilio. ![]() He really brought this characters to life and made listening to this book very much like a movie. Firstly I must give credit to Michael Dean and his fantastic narration throughout the whole series, as well as for this book itself. ![]() What a great ending to an amazing series. ![]() ![]() ![]() The Red Deal is a call for action beyond the scope of the US colonial state.
